These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the website www.cybrense.com (the "Site"), operated by Cybrense. By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. Use of the Cybrense website is additionally governed by our Website Terms of Use.
1About Cybrense
Cybrense is an IT services and consulting firm delivering engineering-driven digital solutions across the full technology lifecycle, including IT consulting, software engineering, cloud and DevOps, artificial intelligence, data platforms, IoT, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies. Cybrense operates between the United States and Morocco and serves businesses, institutions, and technology partners globally.
2Intellectual Property
All content made available on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, documents, code samples, designs, downloadable materials, and any other elements forming part of the Site, are the exclusive property of Cybrense or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the Site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Cybrense.
3Acceptable Use
- • Violate any applicable law or regulation;
- • Infringe the intellectual property or legal rights of Cybrense or any third party;
- • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
- • Engage in fraud, phishing, scamming, or deceptive practices;
- • Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful software;
- • Post or transmit content that is offensive, abusive, or inappropriate; or

Cybrense reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Site and to pursue legal remedies if misuse or violations are identified.
4Goods and Services
The Site may present information regarding software products and professional services offered by Cybrense.
4.1 Goods
Available digital goods may include software applications and custom-built or licensed software solutions. All digital goods are provided "as is" unless otherwise specified.
4.2 Services
Cybrense services include IT Consulting, Software Engineering, Cloud/DevOps, AI/Data Solutions, IoT, Cybersecurity, and Blockchain. Specific service scope is defined in a formal Statement of Work ("SOW").
4.3 Pricing and Payments
Services require a 50% upfront payment prior to commencement, with the balance due upon milestone delivery as defined in the SOW.
5Subscriptions & Cancellations
Certain services may be offered on a subscription basis and will automatically renew unless canceled.
5.1 Cancellation Procedure
Clients may request cancellation by contacting their Account Lead or emailing contact@cybrense.com. A 30-day notice period typically applies.
5.2 Offboarding
Upon cancellation, Cybrense initiates a controlled offboarding process. Encrypted backups may be retained for 90 days before secure destruction.
6MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT (MSA)
This Master Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Cybrense and the Client. This Agreement governs all professional services provided by Cybrense unless otherwise specified in a written Statement of Work ("SOW").
6.1 Scope of Services
Cybrense shall provide consulting, engineering, and technical services as defined in applicable SOWs. Each SOW forms an integral part of this Agreement.
6.2 Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide timely access to information, systems, personnel, and approvals necessary for project execution. Delays caused by the Client may impact delivery timelines and fees.
6.3 Fees and Payment Terms
Fees, billing schedules, and payment milestones shall be defined in the applicable SOW. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within thirty (30) days.
6.4 Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment Cybrense grants the Client a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use deliverables produced specifically for the Client. Cybrense retains ownership of pre-existing materials, frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
6.5 Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect confidential information disclosed during the engagement and to use such information solely for purposes of this Agreement.
6.6 Limitation of Liability
Cybrense’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client under the applicable SOW.
6.7 Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement or any SOW with written notice as defined in the SOW. Fees for work performed up to termination remain payable.
6. Payments
We accept Credit Card, PayPal, and Bank Transfers. You authorize us to charge applicable fees upon providing payment info.
7. Refund Policy
Digital goods are non-refundable. Services refundable if canceled 48h prior to start (unless stated in SOW).
8. Guarantees
We commit to industry best practices and OWASP security standards for all technical deployments.
10. Liability
Cybrense shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site.
